Israeli violinist

Perlman studied at the Juilliard School in New York and made his debut at the Carnegie Hall in 1963. His London debut followed in 1968. He has made many recordings, including the Beethoven Triple Concerto with Barenboim and Yo-Yo Ma, and the violin solos on the soundtrack of the film Schindler’s List. He performed as director/soloist with the English Chamber Orchestra in 1997.
