(Vocal duo, 1999–present)

The smooth sounds of London duo Olly Knights and Gale Paridjanian found them initial fame though the emerging ‘nu-folk’ scene of the late 1990s. The fact that their records were released by market leaders in that genre, Source Records, certainly helped, but acts such as Elbow and Kings of Convenience also crested a buzz around the new scene. The pair have toured the US for the first time in 2006 on the strength of their third album Jackinabox (2005).
