Alternative rock group Paramore are fronted by Tennessee native Hayley Williams. Their guitar-laden hooks and powerful female vocals finally earned them success in 2007 when their second album Riot! reached No. 15 on the back of lead single ‘Misery Business’. Recording a song for the soundtrack of blockbuster movie Twilight in 2008 saw the band’s stock rise further; third album Brand New Eyes (2009) went in at No. 2 in the US, and topped the UK charts.
