(Vocal/instrumental group, 1985–present)

Coming together in California, Bryan ‘Dexter’ Holland (vocals, guitar), Greg Kriesel (bass), Kevin ‘Noodles’ Wasserman (guitar) and Ron Welty (drums) began delivering a compelling punk buzz that won cult success. Their third album Smash (1994) spawned the Nirvana-sounding hit ‘Come Out And Play’ and paved the way for extensive American success. ‘Pretty Fly (For A White) Guy’ and resulting album Americana (1998) were deserved international hits. Their loud brand of catchy guitar tunes remains popular.
